Why you might want a Green Millennium over a used machine....

What is a Green Millennium?

The Green Millennium is a certified used quilting machine that is meticulously remanufactured at the APQS factory using new components.

1. The frame is original to the Ultimate I machine that is being converted.
2. Internal machine sewing head parts such as, flywheel, rocker arm, needle bar, etc, will remain original from the Ultiamte I.
3. Rear handles will remain original from the Ultimate I.
4. Bearings, bushings, and shafts checked out. If they are sound they will remain. If need be, they are replaced.
5. Wheels are all replaced and new.
6. Front handles are new.
7. Hook assembly is new.
8. Motor is new.
9. All internal electronic components, such as the circuit boards, wiring, switches, belts are new.
10. Any bearings, bushings, or shafts that need to be replaced are new.

A Green Millennium is built in almost the same exact way, with almost the exact same parts list as a brand-new Millennium. The difference is that instead of a brand-new raw frame, APQS takes the existing Ultimate I and strips it down to the bare frame and then builds it into a Green Millennium.

Why would a customer want a Green Millennium versus a brand new Millennium? The Green Millennium would have almost all brand new internal components including the motor. It would also have brand-new external parts such as covers, front handles, etc. Green Millenniums are excellent value for customers. All at a $14,000 price.

Options:

-Overhead wiring allows you to quilt without worrying about tripping over the cords. The wires are pulled up and out of your way no matter what side of the machine you are quilting on.

-Hydraulic table lift is an upgrade to the Universal Aluminum Alloy table. This table allows for easy, one-touch push button table height adjustment. Front rollers on the table are set-up above tabletop level for ease of loading the quilt and so you may sit on a stool at the front-side of the table when doing intricate detail work on a quilt.

-Batting Bar

-Power fabric advance with foot pedal control.

Every complete quilting system comes with machine, table, frames, patterns, thread, bobbins, needles, industrial bobbin winding machine, simple easy-to-follow assembly instructions, basic training video and CD manual. Assembly is simple and should only take a couple of hours.
